change management

All our research at KCP has made clear that effective change management is critical to successful outcomes in IA . And strong communications is fundamental to the change management process.  People are at the heart of success with new technologies, and communications must mobilize colleagues, and offer a credible narrative that everyone can buy into. Change needs to be put in context and all outcomes –  challenging and positive – must be explained for all stakeholders.

The quality of communications is key. Particularly when internal communications must compete with the wider debate in the public sphere about the impacts of AI on society, where alarm dominates much of this discourse.

What does KCP contribute?

·      A clearsighted evaluation of your change management communications challenges within the framework of People, Process, and Technology - the key drivers of successful IA

·      A hub for the engagement and shared insights of internal leaders of the organization across all key functions

·      A tailor-made communications strategy and plan for all stakeholders

·      The core narrative and messages for the different stakeholder groups

·      The creation of a Change Leaders Forum to ensure communications is strong on the ground

·      The development of key communications assets and channels to stakeholders needed to launch, achieve full engagement with and sustain commitment to the automation strategy

It’s Important to understand the impact of technology on strategy, structure, technology, and processes. Key areas that need attention are culture, management skills and team-building. These adjust the behavioural infrastructure of the organisation.

Focus here is on developing an adaptive inner organisation.
